In order to become a judge you have to have experience in breeding and exhibiting dogs and familiarity with the Standard for the breed issued by the Bulldog Club of America. You must then follow the AKC application process and pass a period of provisional acceptance to judge before you gain regular judging status. What you need to do to qualify is explained in greater detail in these sections.
