Steps to recover your account.

If you forgot your password or the email on your account, or you can’t get a password reset email, follow these steps to recover your BCA Account. That way, you can use member pages like our Membership Roster, most Governance documents and other special member offered services.

We are committed in securing your account and preventing any unauthorized access to it.

Tip: Your user name is your email on file with your Division Treasurer.

Forgot Password?

  • Use this Password Reset link if you know the email address on your account.

  • After using Password Reset if you do not see the Password Reset email please check your spam.

  • If you do receive the Password Reset email click and change your password when prompted. Choose a strong password that you haven't already used with this account. Learn how to create a strong password.

No Password Reset Email?

  • If you did not receive the Password Reset email and you have checked your spam folder please contact the BCA Webmaster.

  • You will be asked to confirm information on your account to gain access.

  • Provide the name, address and phone number used to create or renew your membership.

  • Include which Division you are in and the Treasurer's email address so we can confirm your information.

Unrecognized email?

  • Confirm with your Division Treasurer the email you used for your BCA Membership.
  • If the email is confirmed with your Division Treasurer it may be that your account has not been created or there was a typo when it was created.
  • Your Division Treasurer will add your correct info to the online directory.
