  2. If you receive an error instead of the payment page, please check over the required form entries for omissions.
  3. Your Sponsor must complete and submit the New Member Sponsor Form.
  4. If you do not already have a sponsor you should contact the nearest Local Bulldog Club or Division for more information before filling out this application.
  5. After payment and both forms are received by the Division your application will be considered at the next board meeting.
  6. If you and your sponsor do not receive a copy of your application please check your spam folder.
