If you have discussed your interest with a current BCA member and they have agreed to sponsor you into our membership, please fill out the form below.
We can help you find a sponsor. You may find a sponsor by joining your local club, visiting a local breeder or getting involved with rescue. You may also contact our BCA National Committee Membership Advisory Chair if you need help locating a sponsor.

Membership dues are $40 per domestic member. Canada and Mexico are $60. All other Foreign members are $80.

Each visitor is limited to 5 form submissions per week.
If you make mistakes and need to redo the form please remember you are limited to 5 submissions over the course of a week. If you need to make more changes than the allowed 5 please print the form you will receive via email and make changes to the printed copy before submitting to your division Secretary.
