The BCA Division III Board has requested that all Applications for listing in the Breeders’ Directory be accompanied by this
Applicant Questionnaire. Failure to include this voluntary questionnaire will not preclude consideration of your application; however, the Board of Governors’ voting upon an application relies significantly upon the answers contained herein in their approval recommendations.
